How do we calculate the price?
The results in media relations depend on several factors, ranked in descending order:
- How interesting the story/news is
- How effective the pitch/press release is
- How strong our media connections are
We can forecast results on the distribution in advance, but we can't provide 100% guarantees. Therefore, we calculate the actual results and assign a price to each article we generate based on the monthly traffic of the media outlet (using data from SimilarWeb). Of course, assessing the true value of an article isn't always straightforward. A company might be featured in a small local media, but the right investor could read it, leading to securing the next round of funding. Nevertheless, pricing based on the monthly coverage of media outlets is currently the fairest approach available.
